This Services Policy outlines the terms governing the online tutoring services provided by Noor-e-Taleem (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in our programs, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Service Overview

We provide:
✅ One-on-One Tutoring: Personalized virtual sessions in STEM, Languages (English/Arabic/Urdu), and Quranic Studies.
✅ Structured Plans: Flexible weekly/monthly schedules (see Plans).
✅ Free Demo Sessions: 2 trial classes to evaluate compatibility before payment.

2. Tutor Qualifications

• • • All tutors undergo background checks and subject-matter vetting.

    • Tutors may set session rules (e.g., no late joins, required materials).

3. Session Logistics

• • • Platform: Sessions hosted on Zoom/Google Meet (we will provide the link).

    • Rescheduling: Requires 24-hour notice via email/portal/Whatsapp etc.

    • No-Shows: Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

4. Payments & Refunds

• • • Fees: Paid upfront per plan (see Pricing).

    • Refunds: Partial refunds only for unused sessions (see Refund Policy).

5. Client Responsibilities

• • • Provide accurate academic needs/goals.

    • Ensure stable internet connection and device readiness.

    • Respect tutor-student boundaries (zero tolerance for harassment).

6. Limitations

• • • We do not guarantee specific grades/exam results.

    • Technical issues (e.g., power outages) may require make-up sessions (See Makeup Class Policy).

7. Policy Changes

We may update terms with notice via email/website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
