Monthly Class Plans & Structure

Please note: Some months may include a few additional classes beyond the standard weekly schedule. These extra sessions are offered in advance to cover any future absences and are not considered makeup classes.

Makeup Class Eligibility

Makeup classes will only be offered if the total number of classes attended in the month falls below the maximum classes for your plan (as listed above). If you’ve already received the full monthly class count, additional sessions will not be provided as makeup.

Makeup Class Guidelines

1. 1. Advance Notice Required:
      Clients must notify us at least 1 hour before the class if they will be absent. Late notifications or no-shows will not be eligible for a makeup class. 
   2. Scheduling & Availability:
      Makeup classes are subject to instructor and class slot availability. While we strive to accommodate all makeup requests, availability is not guaranteed—especially during periods of high absenteeism. 
   3. Billing Adjustment:
      In the rare case where we are unable to offer makeup classes due to scheduling constraints, we will adjust the following month’s billing accordingly. 
   4. No Rollover Policy:
      Makeup classes must be taken within the same or following calendar month. Unused classes or makeup sessions will not be carried forward.
      
   5. Extra Classes in a Month:
      If a month includes more classes than your plan’s maximum, the extras are offered in advance to offset any potential absences. These cannot be counted toward makeup eligibility later.
