Refund Policy

At Noor-e-Taleem, we strive to provide high-quality online tutoring services. Since all payments are made in advance, we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness for both our clients and tutors.
1. General Refund Guidelines
All tutoring sessions must be paid in full in advance before scheduling.
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation request and services rendered.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
2. Refund Eligibility
A. Before Session Begins
✅ Full Refund – If you cancel at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session.
B. After Session Begins
✅ Partial Refund – If you cancel after the first session but before 50% of booked sessions are completed, you will receive a refund for the remaining unused sessions.
❌ No Refund – After 50% or more of booked sessions have been conducted.
C. Tutor Cancellation
✅ Full Refund or Rescheduling – If a tutor cancels a session, you may choose between a full refund for that session or a make-up class.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Missed sessions without 24-hour notice (considered a “no-show”).
Completed sessions (once a session is conducted, it is non-refundable).
Technical issues on the client’s side (e.g., poor internet connection, device failure).
4. How to Request a Refund

Your full name
Invoice/receipt number
Reason for cancellation
We will review and respond within 3 business days.
5. Make-Up Classes (Alternative to Refunds)
If you prefer not to request a refund, you may reschedule missed sessions (with at least 24 hours’ notice) as per our Make-Up Class Policy.
